Custom orders and proof approval

For custom merchandise, send your project notes, preferred garments, colors, sizes and approximate quantity, and describe artwork you own or have permission to use. We confirm supported garments and print placements, artwork services, scope, pricing, shipping and applicable taxes in a written quote before payment.

We manually review the artwork and prepare a proof. Production starts only after your written approval of that proof. Your request is not automatically sent to print with a generic or placeholder design. Production and delivery details are confirmed during review; a consultation or artwork submission does not guarantee acceptance of a design.

A custom request does not place an order, book a meeting or authorize production. We review requests manually and confirm production and delivery details during the quote process.

Changes and cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. For standard merchandise, we cannot guarantee a change once production has begun. For a custom order, request changes before approving the proof. Approval authorizes us to submit the approved design for production, after which a change or cancellation may no longer be possible.

Any charges for custom design or page work already performed will be explained in the quote before payment and require your agreement. Setup fees are not automatically nonrefundable. Cancellation handling remains subject to applicable customer rights.
