Shipping and delivery

We make merchandise to order. Production time and shipping time are separate. Available shipping methods, charges and applicable taxes are displayed at checkout for your destination and order. Free shipping applies only when it is shown for your order; we do not promise a sitewide free-shipping threshold.

Delivery estimates depend on the products, availability, destination and carrier. They are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Different products may be produced separately and arrive in separate packages. Orders that combine product types can have combined shipping charges. Custom artwork review and proof approval happen before production and can add time.

We initially serve US destinations supported by checkout. Please check your address and selected sizes before paying. If an address is incorrect or a parcel is unclaimed, a new shipping charge may be needed. We will explain any proposed reshipment charge before asking you to pay it.
